Sharing Space
Sharing Space is a gentle, supportive session created for women who feel their pregnancy, birth, or early motherhood journey was different from the hopes or wishes they held.
Sometimes those feelings are clear — grief, sadness, guilt, anger, disappointment, fear, or trauma. Sometimes they are harder to name, but still felt deeply within.
Too often, women are expected to carry these emotions quietly, focus on being grateful, and simply get on with life. But your experience matters too.
It is okay to feel anger. It is okay to feel sadness. It is okay to grieve what was lost, to question what happened, or to feel conflicted alongside love for your baby.
As an obstetrics and gynaecology nurse, I understand how significant these experiences can be and how often women carry emotions silently.
This is a safe, compassionate space where you can speak openly, be heard without judgement, and explore whatever feelings are present for you.
Whether you are grieving the birth you hoped for, struggling to process what happened, carrying guilt, or simply feeling that something remains unresolved — you do not have to hold it alone.
Sharing Space offers time to pause, be listened to, and gently begin healing in your own way, at your own pace, allowing yoy to reclaim your story.
Reiki can also be offered as a supportive healing tool to encourage relaxation, emotional release, balance, and a sense of calm as you move through your healing journey.
For deeper support, a minimum of three sessions is recommended, allowing time to build trust, process emotions, and gently move forward.
